What
are the symptoms of bird flu?
As discussed, the chances of anyone being struck by bird
flu are currently exceedingly small. Any symptoms at present
are more likely to be the result of a normal flu or another
condition.
Bird flu symptoms are likely to mirror normal flu symptoms,
some of which are :-
- Headache
- Tiredness
- Sore throat
- Aching Limbs
- Runny Nose
- Cough
- A high temperature
If any or all of these symptoms occur, it is likely you have
picked up something. It is unlikely you have picked up bird
flu. In the rare occasion where the patient dies this is usually
due to complications, like pneumonia, heart failure, asthma
or diabetes.
